Rusty’s Bar-B-Q approves a limited number of the many donation request applications received. Please submit your application according to the following required guidelines:
- Complete our donation application and submit online at www.rustysbarbq.com, or print an application and return to:
Rusty’s Bar-B-Q, 7484 Parkway Drive, Leeds, AL 35094 - Attach a copy of your organization’s federally issued letter certifying non profit 501 (c) 3 status.
- Submit the application at least 30 days prior to the date the donation is needed.
ORGANIZATIONS ELIGIBLE TO RECEIVE DONATIONS:
Rusty’s Bar-B-Q accepts donation request applications from local and regional non-profit organizations with 501(C) 3 Status. The event, fundraiser, or program must serve the local or regional community. Past support does not guarantee future support.
DONATIONS MAY INCLUDE:
Gift Certificates or in-kind food donations and services. Rusty’s Bar-B-Q does not make cash donations.
In order to accept and review your donation request application, it must be accompanied by a copy of the federally issued statement of your organization’s 501 (C) 3 status and your 9-digit Federal Identification Number.
